While we started out in the Infrared Thermography field, with Electrical Inspections, Manufacturing Maintenance Programs, Moisture Detection and Flat Roof Inspections.

We have now expanded to offer many other services. Home Energy Audits, Energy Star Verification , Insulation, Air Sealing, Weather Stripping and many more Home Efficiency Improvements. We also offer infrared scans to find missing insulation, moisture & more.

We have taken measures to team up with Energy Star, Xcel Energy (Xcel Home Energy audit, Insulation and air sealing rebate, Home Performance with Energy Star) and the Denver Energy Challenge to qualify to offer multiple rebates for your improvements.

Rick Raile (Father) has been in the Residential and Commercial Construction Field for over 30 years. Hoping to take this knowledge in a new direction has teamed up with is son Seth. Now with Level 1 Infrared Thermography and BPI Building Analyst Certification (www.bpi.org) we have the knowledge to help home owners learn more about there homes. As of 2020 Rick has retired to his new home in the Colorado Mountains.

Seth Raile (Son) has been in the Computer Technology field for over 20 years. Being in the Energy Efficiency field for 10 years now he has acquired certification as a RESNET HERS (Home Energy Rating System) Rater, Level 1 Infrared Thermographer, BPI Building Analyst. (www.bpi.org). Looking now to take these skills and knowledge of these two separate fields, we have been able to help home and business owners lower there carbon foot print. Now that Dad has retired we are focusing on diagnosing homes and helping owners connect to other companies to get the improvements completed. We can help you through the process.

Karyn Raile (Wife) runs the behind the scenes of the office and other matters. She helps Seth keep organized and helping as many people as possible.

Being natives of Colorado we love the outdoors. We enjoy many of the things our area has to offer. Hiking, camping, fishing, snow boarding or just a walk through a local park. We hope through our daily work to bring things a bit closer to the way they originally were purposed to be.
